# Leaderboard

> Configuring the leaderboard connection

## Setting up

Ahead of your event, follow the below steps to prepare the leaderboard.

    Select your preferred adapter and create a new leaderboard connection from the **Partnerships -> Events** page.

  <Step title="Test For Success">
    Notify your Tribulation contact so we can test the configuration ahead of time to ensure a smooth event.
